Course Content
This program is aimed at children under the age of 15 who wish to discover the French or English language and improve their level in small, international groups.
Our young students, between 9 and 15 years old, follow a course of a maximum of 6 participants. The youngest ones, 3 – 7 years old are in groups of 10-15 children.
This course for children is both fun and structured by qualified teachers with different educational and linguistic aims every day.
This course for children offers a communicative and practical approach to the language through little games and themed lessons.
Easily flexible according to the different levels of participants, this program was created to interest your children in the language and to allow them to learn whilst having fun with their teachers. The teachers specialise in the teaching of French and English as a foreign language and the teaching is specifically tailored to children.
An example timetable
Monday
9.00-12.20:
Ice-breaker activities, revision or teaching of the alphabet and numbers, and leisure activities.
Tuesday
9.00-12.20:
Treasure hunt in the playing room, discovery of Geneva, vocabulary on directions, fruit and vegetables.
Wednesday
9.00-12.20:
Restaurant role play, games about the 5 senses, extract from the film The Frozen one, music activities.
Thursday
9.00-12.00:
Vocabulary about plants and flowers, writing a post-card, vocabulary about animals.
Friday
9.00-12.20:
Write and tell a story, teaching about and the creation of a local menu, buying products and then a cooking vocabulary
Note: The program is different and adjusted to different age groups.
