CHANGE YOUR THOUGHTS

 

How you can change your thoughts from negative to positive, from distressed to
joyful?

There are moments when you feel depressed or frustrated, because challenging or
sad things are happening in your life. You cannot change these things. They are like
they are, but what you can change is the meaning and you can change your
thoughts. If your thoughts have been running in your head back and forth like aunts,
you can tell them to stop. You can stop thinking.

 

How? “This is not possible”, you might say, because you have tried so many times
and it didn’t work.

I know this. It took me so many years to learn this, and that’s why I want to teach
you this that you don’t have to spend so many years like me in pain and suffering.

 

Imagine: all you see is your own reality. It’s similar with the glass which can be half
full or half empty depending on how you want to look at it. You can turn everything
from negative into positive. You can stick to your negative state of mind or you can
change it. You can keep on feeling depressed and joyless or you can tell yourself:
This day, today, it didn’t work out as I had imagined it, but now, you restart again
and you try to forget all the negative things and you try to concentrate on all the
positive things you see in front of you or you feel from your inside.

 

You tell yourself: From now on, until the rest of my day, I don’t let me get down
anymore. All around me might be negative, I decide that I only want to see the
positive things.

 

And believe me, you will start seeing the positive things around you, and you will
be surprised that you haven’t seen it before, because you were fixed on the
negative things, on the things that were not working or could go wrong in the
future.

 

Your fear of attracting more negative things turned your own reality into a totally
negative universe, because where you put your focus, there will be more of that.

 

So, if you focus on the negative things, there will be more negative things coming
into your life. If you focus on the positive things, there will be more positive things
flowing into your life. It is so easy.

 

You do not believe me? Just try it out for half a day.

Try to change your thoughts, when you realize what kind of program is running in
your head.

 

Imagine it is like a computer program concentrating on the negative. Now, you
exchange this computer program and you put in the program called “Positivity,
Joyfulness and Gratitude”.

I bet your day will run differently.
